Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in Indore. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as search, social media,



and email to drive qualified leads for Spark Point Abroad’s education and training programs. The Performance Marketer will monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and return on ad spend. Day-to-day activities include creating and testing ad creatives, managing budgets, conducting audience segmentation, and collaborating with sales and counseling teams to align marketing initiatives with enrollment goals. The role also requires regular reporting, competitor analysis, and ongoing experimentation to identify growth opportunities.
