About the Role

Role Description As a Sales and Marketing founding team member at Zoft AI, you will drive go-to-market activities and help shape the commercial strategy of the company. This full-time hybrid role is based in Chennai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads.
• Run product demos.
• Manage the pipeline.
• Close deals.
• Drive multi-channel outreach (cold email,



calls, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Instagram).
• Create content and short-form/UGC video.
• Run paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and TikTok.
• Onboard new customers.
• Work with product on messaging.
• Build the first playbooks and metrics the next hires inherit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
• Proven experience in sales and sales management, including lead generation, pipeline handling, and closing deals.
• Hands-on and self-directed; you execute yourself and thrive in startup chaos.
• AI-native — you use AI tools to move faster across sales, content, and ads.
