Hiring in Ahmedabad: Field Manager, GenAI Ready Naari Program ?
Somewhere in Ahmedabad, a young woman has big dreams and very little access to the tools that could help her chase them. We're looking for the person who makes sure she gets that chance.
At Nimaya Foundation, we prepare young women from underserved communities to work confidently with AI, not fear it. We've enabled 10,000+ Nimaya Naaris across 5 states, in partnership with the Government of India's IndiaAI Mission.
Now we're launching our GenAI Ready Naari Program in Ahmedabad, with Ashoka University's Centre for Social and Behaviour Change. The goal is to upskill 900 young women over 2 years, and we need a Field Manager to lead it on the ground.
What you'll do:
• Visit training centers regularly, track attendance and solve issues in real time
• Onboard learners, verify documents and maintain batch-wise records on our AI-powered system
• Be the first point of contact for trainers and venues
• Coordinate mentoring sessions and live projects
• Raise risks early and bring learner feedback into our impact reporting
You'll be a great fit if you:
• Have 1-3 years in program operations, field execution or project management
• Have worked in community mobilisation or with young women learners (a big plus)
• Are solid with Excel / Google Sheets / Claude for tracking and reporting
• Speak English and Hindi well, and Gujarati proficiently (essential)
• Stay calm when a venue, trainer or schedule changes at the last minute
• Are based in Ahmedabad and happy to travel daily between centers (weekend batches possible)
The details: Full-time, fixed-term (2-year project, extension linked to program continuation). Reports to the Program Manager.
