Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Development Executive to help us identify potential clients, generate leads, start conversations, and build new business opportunities.
You will work closely with our leadership and technical teams across lead generation, client outreach, pre-sales, and business development.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Erode, Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities• Generate and research B2B leads.
• Find potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
• Connect with founders, business owners, and decision-makers.
• Understand client requirements and identify opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
• Maintain lead and client records.
• Support proposals, quotations, and pre-sales activities.




• Explore both Indian and international business opportunities.

Qualifications• Valuable spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Positive research and follow-up skills.
• Interest in business, sales, startups, or technology.
• Basic knowledge of software, websites, SaaS, AI, or digital products is a plus.

Freshers Welcome0–2 years of experience. Freshers are strongly encouraged to apply.
Prior sales experience is not mandatory. We value communication, confidence, curiosity, willingness to learn, and ownership.
Compensation₹2.0 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA
Based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
