We are looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our marketing and growth initiatives, with strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, digital marketing and AI-powered marketing workflows.
This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who understands that excellent marketing is a combination of creative thinking, performance, data and speed.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing• Own and manage Meta Ads campaigns across acquisition, retargeting, catalog sales and conversion campaigns.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve ROAS, CAC, conversion rate and revenue.
• Manage campaign structure, audience targeting, budgets, creatives and performance optimization.




• Continuously test new audiences, creatives, offers, hooks and landing pages.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for scaling.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and UGC concepts.
• Stay updated with changes in Meta Ads, algorithms, targeting, attribution and new ad formats.

AI & Marketing Innovation• Be an AI-first marketer and actively use AI tools to improve marketing speed, creativity and efficiency.
• Use AI for:
• Ad creative ideation and generation
• UGC concepts and scripts
• Copywriting and variations
• Customer and competitor research
• Marketing analysis and insights
• Content creation
• Campaign planning
• Automation and repetitive marketing tasks
• Experiment with emerging AI tools for image, video, copy and creative production.
• Build efficient AI-assisted workflows that allow the marketing team to produce and test more
