Role Description:

The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth for Amazure’s Cyber security, Cloud Managed services, Data Centre solutions, Managed Services and other technology solutions. Daily activities include engaging with prospective and existing clients, conducting needs assessments, developing tailored proposals, and delivering presentations that clearly communicate value. The Business Development Manager collaborates with technical and consulting teams to align solutions with client requirements, negotiates commercial terms, and supports contract closure. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and ongoing relationship management to ensure long-term client satisfaction and account expansion.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within IT, cybersecurity,



or technology consulting domains.
• Strong understanding of solutions related to IT INFRA, Cyber Security, Data centre solutions, Cloud Solutions, Managed services& Security Operations, AI/ML, Deep Learning, or IoT (familiarity with at least some of these areas is expected).
• Ability to prospect, qualify leads, build and manage a sales pipeline, and meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Comfortable delivering client presentations, conducting product and solution demos, and communicating complex technical concepts in explicit business terms.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
