We are looking for a Technical Recruiter – Semiconductor with strong experience in hiring for semiconductor, embedded, and engineering roles.

Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for Semiconductor & Engineering positions
• Source and screen candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.
• Work on niche technical requirements across VLSI, ASIC, Firmware, Embedded, Verification, Validation, Physical Design, STA, etc.
• Understand JDs and assess candidates against technical requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
• Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders




• Ensure quality submissions and timely closure of positions

What We are Looking For:
3+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment
Hands-on experience hiring for Semiconductor / Engineering roles
Good understanding of technical skills and industry terminology
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
