About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development Executive (BDE)



with experience in precision component manufacturing.
The candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, coordinating manufacturing projects, working closely with stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities within the Aerospace and Defence sectors.

Key Responsibilities
• Client Management: Handle day-to-day customer communication, meetings, requirements, and follow-ups.
• Project Ownership: Coordinate customer projects from RFQ to delivery, ensuring timelines and commitments are met.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with customer procurement, engineering, and quality teams, along with internal production, planning, and management.
• Business Development: Identify new opportunities with existing customers and develop relationships with current OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 suppliers.
• RFQ & Order Management: Coordinate enquiries, quotations, technical discussions, order follow-ups
