Overview :
Define and execute the growth roadmap for the Salesforce delivery practice — target offerings (Revenue Cloud/CPQ & Billing, Sales & Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, integrations), capability build-out, partner alignment with Salesforce, and positioning against market demand.
· Own the practice P&L;: revenue targets, gross margin, utilisation, pyramid mix, rate card discipline, and forecasting accuracy across the global delivery organisation.
· Act as the senior solution authority in pre-sales — qualify opportunities with Sales and Account Management, shape solution architecture and delivery approach, govern effort estimates, review SOWs and pricing, and present to C-level stakeholders in competitive pursuits.

Agile/Scrum ways of working, architecture and code review gates, CPQ/Billing testing and data migration playbooks, DevOps and release governance, and portfolio-level risk registers with real mitigation plans.
·Lead the AI-led delivery agenda — embed Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities and AI-assisted engineering into estimation, build, testing and support,



and evangelise measurable adoption benefits internally and with clients.
·Build reusable IP — accelerators, Quote-to-Cash reference architectures, industry solution frameworks, estimation models and best-practice templates — that shorten delivery cycles and lift margin.

Required Qualification :

·15+ years in IT consulting and qualified services, with at least 10 years leading work in the Salesforce ecosystem.
·5+ years in a senior practice leadership role (VP, Senior Director or Partner level) at a systems integrator or technology consulting firm.
·Deep functional and technical command of Salesforce — Revenue Cloud / CPQ & Billing, Sales and Service Cloud, and emerging Agentforce/AI capabilities — with the credibility to challenge an architecture in a client room.
