Launching with an initial portfolio of 100+ SKUs across Beauty, Health, and Wellness, we have a strategic roadmap to scale to 500+ SKUs by 2030. We are seeking a visionary, execution-driven leader to spearhead this hyper-growth phase and establish our brand as a market leader.

The Role - As the Head of Ecommerce, you will own the brand’s complete P&L; and operational ecosystem. Your core mandate is to bridge the gap between strategic vision and ground-level execution—scaling our product portfolio, optimizing daily operations, and delivering a seamless, tech-driven customer experience.

Core Responsibilities
Portfolio & Scale Management: Oversee the successful launch of our initial 100+ SKUs and architect the operational roadmap to reach 500+ SKUs by 2030.
E-commerce & Marketplaces: Lead the tech infrastructure and performance of our proprietary D2C platform. Drive revenue, visibility, and growth across major marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart,



Blinkit, Zepto).
Supply Chain & Operations: Build an agile, resilient, and cost-effective supply chain. Manage end-to-end vendor relations, sourcing, inventory, warehousing, and last-mile logistics for fast, reliable delivery.
Growth & Marketing: Partner with marketing teams to scale performance marketing, brand building, and customer acquisition. Leverage data to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
Customer Experience (CX): Establish a gold-standard customer care and post-purchase framework. Utilize feedback loops to continuously elevate product quality and service delivery.
Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing, cross-functional team across tech, marketing, and operations. Foster a culture rooted in data-driven decision-making and agile execution.
