Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation for the Gurugram office. Responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities, screening candidates, scheduling interviews,



and supporting managers with selection processes. The role will also oversee HR policies, attendance and leave management, performance review processes, and compliance with relevant labor regulations. The Human Resources Executive will act as a point of contact for employee queries, support conflict resolution, and help drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, requiring close collaboration with leadership and project teams.
