Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Gurugram. The individual in this role will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with media planning, audience targeting,
budget allocation, and campaign trafficking; monitoring performance metrics; and preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations. The role also involves conducting market and competitor research, collaborating with account managers and creative teams to align messaging with campaign objectives, and ensuring campaigns meet defined KPIs. The Peformance Marketer is expected to stay updated on recent media trends, platform features, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Media Buying and Planning to support effective paid campaign strategy and execution.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present campaign insights clearly.
• 2-5 years of experience with Google, Meta, and Linkedin Ads
• Candidates should possess familiarity with New Media platforms and digital ecosys
