Position
CNC Tool & Cutter Machine Operator / Setter
Experience
2–5 Years in CNC Tool & Cutter Machine operation and setting.
Job Responsibilities
• Operate and set CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding Machines.
• Perform tool grinding, regrinding and correction as per drawing and specifications.
• Set tools, fixtures, grinding wheels and machine parameters.
• Read and understand engineering drawings and tool specifications.
• Carry out in-process inspection and maintain required accuracy.
• Identify and rectify basic machine/process issues.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.

Skills Required




• Hands-on experience in CNC Tool & Cutter Grinding Machines.
• Knowledge of cutting tools such as end mills, drills, reamers and special tools.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer and gauges.
• Ability to understand technical drawings.
• Positive knowledge of machine setting and tool offset/correction.

Qualification
ITI / Diploma – Mechanical / Tool & Die / Production Engineering or equivalent.
Experience
2–5 Years
Salary
As per experience and skill level.
