Key Responsibilities & KPIs
• R&M; Operations & Compliance
• Ensure adherence to R&M; processes and performance metrics; maintain audit score ≥ 85%
• Ticket Resolution (TAT)
• Ensure timely closure of maintenance requests within SLA
• Inventory Management
• Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing wastage and costs
• Cost Control
• Manage R&M; cost per bed within budget
• Customer Satisfaction
• Maintain CSAT ≥ 4 through prompt and effective issue resolution
• Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Team Training & Retention
• Train team members, drive performance, and ensure high engagement/retention
Eligibility & Skills
• Bachelor’s in Facilities Management / Business or related field
• Experience in facilities/R&M; operations preferred
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, inventory & cost control
• Valuable stakeholder management & communication skills
• Leadership and team handling capability
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
