Role Description The Assistant Professor will be responsible for delivering lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for B.Pharm and lateral entry B.Pharm learners, following the curriculum and academic standards of the institution. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, assessing learner performance through assignments, examinations, and practical evaluations, and providing academic guidance and mentoring.



The role also involves participating in curriculum development, contributing to departmental meetings, engaging in scholarly activities or research, and supporting institutional events and quality assurance processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based at Kerala Academy of Pharmacy in Trivandrum, requiring regular presence on campus and active collaboration with faculty, staff, and learners.
Qualifications
• Relevant academic qualifications in Pharmacy (M.Pharm or higher); registration with appropriate professional bodies is an advantage.
• Demonstrated teaching skills, including lesson planning, classroom management, and the ability to engage and support diverse learners.
• Strong knowledge of core pharmaceutical sciences and current developments in the pharmacy profession.
• Ability to participate in academic research, scholarly activities, or professional development initiatives
