About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, energetic and social-media-savvy Social Media Assistant who understands what makes content engaging and knows how to turn ideas, campaigns and experiences into compelling social media content.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, being on camera, experimenting with trends, reels and AI tools, and wants to work in a fast-paced MarTech and experiential environment.
Key Responsibilities• Create and execute engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
• Develop Reels, short-form videos, stories, carousels, posts and behind-the-scenes content.




• Participate in shoots and be comfortable appearing on camera when required.
• Identify and adapt relevant social media trends, formats, sounds and content ideas.
• Support content planning through weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Cover IIC's projects, events, activations and workplace moments and convert them into social-first content.
• Work closely with the marketing, creative and business teams to understand campaigns and translate them into social content.
• Use AI-powered tools for content ideation, scripting, editing, research and creative experimentation.
• Monitor audience engagement, comments and messages and support community management.
• Track basic social media performance and identify what content is working and what can be improved.
• Research competitors, creators, brands and emerging social media trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
