Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Noida. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing clients, conduct property consultations, schedule and attend site visits, and present suitable real estate options aligned with client needs. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of leads and interactions, following up on inquiries,



and supporting clients through the entire sales cycle—from initial contact to closing. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to stay updated on inventory, pricing, and market trends, as well as preparing basic sales reports and updates for management. The Sales Associate is expected to uphold high standards of professionalism, customer service, and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
Qualifications

• Strong client interaction and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand customer requirements and communicate clearly and professionally.
• Sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience handling inquiries, presenting property options, and supporting deal closures.
• Basic knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in Noida and NCR, with an interest in staying informed on property trends and regulations.
• Organizational and time-management skills
