1. Manager – HR Operations
Job Summary: The Manager – HR Operations will be responsible for managing and streamlining day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, records, policies, and employee services. The role will ensure effective implementation of HR processes and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle activities from joining to separation.
• Oversee onboarding, employee documentation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, deputations, and exits.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure timely issuance and processing of HR letters, certificates,



and employee-related documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leave, employee data, and HR-related transactions.
• Coordinate with departments/HODs for smooth implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to applicable statutory requirements and internal HR policies.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, dashboards, and analytical reports for management.
• Handle employee queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Support HR audits, policy implementation, and other strategic HR initiatives.

Required Qualifications
• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Required Experience
• 10+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
• Experience in a large organization, university, educational institution, hospital,
