Job Summary:
We are seeking a energetic and experienced Business Operations Manager to lead and manage a high-performing global team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment of managing large, cross-functional teams (250+ headcount) and driving operational excellence within a fast-paced, global environment. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, exceptional leadership abilities, and a focus on driving efficiency and performance improvement across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Management:
• Lead and manage a global team of 100+ professionals, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational goals.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and career development opportunities to team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Implement resource planning and talent management strategies to ensure optimal team structure and performance across geographies.

Operational Excellence:




• Develop and implement business operation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across teams.
• Oversee the development and execution of processes, workflows, and systems to optimize business operations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Monitor performance through data analysis and reporting, ensuring operational processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders (including senior leadership, HR, finance, IT, and other departments) to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational goals.
• Work closely with global teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure seamless coordination between regions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure effective communication across the team.
