About the Role
We are looking for an AI-first Project Manager who understands social media end to end and knows how to use AI to make work smarter, faster, and more efficient. The ideal candidate combines robust working knowledge of AI tools, social media platforms, and analytics with hands-on experience using AI for research, creation, automation, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage social media projects, timelines, teams, and deliverables
● Coordinate content, design, video, and client requirements
● Create briefs, calendars, and workflows
● Review content and creatives before delivery
● Use AI for research, ideation, writing, images, video, and data analysis
● Build prompts, agents, automations, and repeatable AI workflows
● Analyse social media performance and extract actionable insights




● Identify ways to make agency processes faster and more scalable

Required Knowledge & Skills
LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, content strategy, copywriting, visual communication, video workflows, analytics, and personal branding. Comfortable working with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, NotebookLM, image and video AI tools, and automation platforms including Zapier, Make, or n8n (or similar).

Ideal Candidate Profile
Organised, curious, tech-savvy, proactive, and excellent at figuring things out - someone who understands social media, can manage projects end to end, and has mastered the use of AI in their daily work.
