We’re looking for an energetic Sales & Operations Executive | Trip Captain to join our growing team.
What you’ll do:
• Connect with leads, understand their needs & convert them into bookings
• Handle customer communication, follow-ups & relationship building
• Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors & other travel partners
• Manage trip operations and ensure smooth execution
• Travel with our groups as a Trip Captain and manage on-ground experiences
• Handle challenges, solve problems & make quick decisions when required
Who we’re looking for:
• 0–2 years of experience
• Graduate from any discipline
• Excellent communication & convincing skills
• Pleasant, confident & people-friendly personality
• Go-getter with a proactive attitude
• Strong problem-solving & decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Open to travelling and managing trips across India
• Passionate about travel, people & building communities
