KLH University is seeking an experienced and passionate Coding Instructor to teach and mentor B.Tech students, focusing on enhancing their coding skills to the 3-star and 4-star level. The ideal candidate will have a strong programming background, a proven track record in coding competitions, and the ability to inspire and guide advanced students.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality instruction on advanced coding concepts and techniques.
• Provide personalized mentorship and feedback to help students reach the 3-star and 4-star coding proficiency.
• Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans, tutorials, and coding challenges tailored to B.Tech students.
• Ensure the curriculum stays current with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Design and administer assessments to evaluate students' progress and proficiency.
• Offer detailed feedback and improvement suggestions.
• Track and report on students' performance and milestones.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment within the university.
• Organize and participate in coding competitions, hackathons,



and other events to enhance learning.
• Encourage peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing among students.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in coding and teaching methodologies.
• Attend professional development workshops and conferences.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the teaching process.

Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a coder with a track record of solving complex coding problems, preferably in competitive programming.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience, especially with B.Tech students, is highly desirable.

Skills:
• Strong hands-on programming skills in C++ / Java / Python.
• Excellent knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) and Advanced DSA.
• Solid dynamic/live coding ability –
