Role Description The Creative Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for shaping and driving creative concepts that support clients’ brand and business goals. In this position, the individual collaborates with creative, production, and account teams to develop digital-first campaign ideas, content frameworks, and brand narratives. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audience and market research, crafting strategic decks, writing briefs, and guiding the creative direction for video, social, and other content formats.



The role involves presenting concepts to clients, refining ideas based on feedback and performance data, and ensuring all deliverables align with brand strategy and platform best practices. The Creative Strategist is expected to stay current with digital trends, social media formats, and emerging storytelling techniques to keep client work fresh and effective.
Qualifications
• Creative Strategy and Creative Direction skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear, compelling concepts.
• Brand Strategy experience, including positioning, audience segmentation, and development of consistent brand narratives.
• Robust Writing skills for briefs, presentations, and digital content, with attention to tone and clarity.
• Research skills for gathering and analyzing audience, market, and platform insights to inform creative decisions.
• Experience working in digital-first or social media
