We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team in Thoraipakkam, Chennai and be part of our Lead Generation & Conversion team.

This is a great opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals who are confident communicators, enjoy speaking to people, have a solid target-oriented mindset and want to build a career in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development and Customer Engagement.

What will you do?
You’ll be the first meaningful conversation between Artium and a prospective learner.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Connect with hot, warm and cold leads through calls and other communication channels
• Understand learner requirements, interests and expectations
• Have engaging conversations and effectively communicate the value of Artium's offerings




• Drive lead conversion and achieve defined sales targets
• Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the sales funnel
• Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from enquiry to enrolment
• Track your pipeline, conversions and performance metrics
• Continuously experiment with better ways to engage prospects and improve conversion
