Company Description Sirpur Paper Mills Limited (SPM) is an integrated pulp and paper mill located in Kagaznagar in the Komaram Bheem district of Telangana. Established in 1938 in the erstwhile Hyderabad State by the Nizam of Hyderabad, Mir Osman Ali Khan, with production starting in 1942, it is one of the oldest paper mills in India. In August 2018, SPM was acquired by JK Paper Ltd, a well-known player in the Indian paper industry. The mill has a long-standing reputation for quality paper products and offers opportunities to work with modern manufacturing processes within a historic industrial setting.
Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full time, on-site position based at the Kagaznagar facility. The Assistant Manager will support daily operations within their assigned department, including monitoring production activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, tracking performance metrics, assisting in resource planning,



and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. The role also involves preparing reports, supporting compliance with regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the mill.
