Established in 2019 in Surat, Gujarat, Atharva Science is an integrated solutions partner for the home care, personal care and cleaning industry, spanning single-dose laundry pods, critical raw material supply (including our own MESAPON® brand of Methyl Ester Sulfonate), and ready-to-use home care concentrates for detergent and cleaner manufacturers, brand owners and institutional customers.

Objectives of the Position

• Drive sales Growth: Plan sales strategy in order to achieve agreed sales target and grow sustainably in the defined territory.
• Find opportunities: Develop project pipeline with customers, business partners and through partnerships with technical team
• Provide support for Market Research - to assist for strategic products and update the local / regional trends, regulation, competition, pricing and opportunities
• Close profitable deals

Qualification Requirements:

• University degree, minimum Bachelor Degree in Pharmaceutical or Chemical or Science related major, ideally additional MBA Degree




• Minimum 2-3 years total qualified experience in sales related job.
• At least 1 year’s experiences in commercial roles in pharma or Chemical business or related industries with a proven track record of developing business
• Knowledge in handling technical matters and commercial transactions; knowledge and / or skills in pharmaceutical and chemical technology and operations; being familiar with pharma and Chemical related quality standards (GMP) preferable; ideally, experience in key account management
• Fluent English speaking and writing, business acumen, strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, hunting spirit, strategic and conceptional thinking, conflict management
