We are a mentorship firm helping ambitious students in grades 8-12 build strong profiles and gain admission to leading universities globally. Founded by a Stanford graduate and a senior corporate executive in 2015, we reach over 3,000 students each year.

We are looking for a Social & Content Manager who can understand what students and parents care about, turn those insights into strong content ideas, and own our social media presence end-to-end.

What You Will Do
• Build and manage our monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Independently identify content opportunities by studying customer questions, sales conversations, admissions trends, competitors and past content performance.
• Develop strong hooks, reel concepts, captions and creative briefs for our designer.
• Coordinate with our designer and content writer to take ideas from concept to publication.
• Publish and schedule content across our social channels and track performance
• Manage basic Meta Ads operations and analytics, including campaign reports, creative comparisons,



CPL/CTR/CPC analysis and recommendations for new tests.

You should be someone who:
• Has demonstrated that you can independently come up with robust content ideas, not simply execute briefs given to you.
• Is excellent at understanding audiences: their questions, fears, motivations and purchasing behaviour.
• Has strong instincts for Instagram/Reels and LinkedIn content, including hooks and storytelling.
• Can manage multiple people and deadlines without requiring constant founder involvement.
• Writes clear, compelling English and can communicate ideas effectively to designers and writers.

Nice to have:
• Experience in the education / EdTech industry, particularly with undergraduate admissions in the US, UK and Singapore.
• Understanding of our core audience - students in grades 8-12 in IB, IGCSE, A Levels and other international curricula is a bonus.
