About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Executive Search to join our growing team. The role
focuses on candidate sourcing, outreach, recruitment research, talent mapping, interview
coordination, and supporting Executive Search assignments for clients across industries.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build strong expertise in recruitment and
Executive Search and grow with a developing team.

What You Will Do
• Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter / Recruiter Lite and other
sourcing platforms.
• Conduct candidate research, talent mapping, and market research.
• Reach out to potential candidates and build professional relationships.
• Screen and evaluate candidates against client requirements.
• Coordinate and support candidate interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records.




• Support the team across ongoing Executive Search mandates.

Required Skills
• 1–2 years of hands-on recruitment/sourcing experience.
• Strong candidate sourcing and outreach experience.
• Good understanding of recruitment and interviewing.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / Recruiter Lite or similar tools.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Valuable research, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills
• Experience in a recruitment, staffing, or Executive Search firm.
• Headhunting or niche-profile sourcing experience.
• Experience handling international candidates or clients.
