Job Description
• Manage core HR activities including employee relations, engagement, compensation & advantages, performance, and talent management.
• Partner with managers on performance management, HR policies, talent decisions, and compensation matters.
• Address employee concerns and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Drive HR initiatives aligned with business and organizational goals.




• Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and HR training sessions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports using HRIS, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Analyze HR metrics and create reports/dashboards to support decision-making.
• Support labor and employee relations cases by preparing required documentation.
• Monitor HR market trends and assist in implementing process improvements.
• Promote company values, culture, and leadership behaviors to foster a high-performing workplace.

Requirements
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Business Partner role.
• MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources. (Candidates with a Bachelor's degree plus Diploma in a related field may also apply)
• Knowledge of Bengali will be an added advantage/preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and 5 days work from office WFO.
