Role Description The Senior Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role is responsible for managing the general ledger, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing activities. Daily responsibilities include overseeing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank and account balances, and monitoring cash flow. The Senior Accountant will also support budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations,



and collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide accurate financial insights. The role involves identifying process improvements, maintaining robust internal controls, and supporting audits and regulatory reporting.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a corporate or travel-related environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to maintain accurate records, perform detailed reconciliations, and support audit and compliance activities.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
