As our Lead Sourcing Analyst, your main job is to support our sales engine by tracking down potential US corporate clients, identifying key decision-makers, and building highly targeted prospect databases. This is a pure research and list-building role that requires heavy internet surfing, speed, and strict attention to detail.

What You Will Do Day-to-Day
Account Mapping & Targeting: Conduct targeted market research to identify US tech firms, direct enterprise clients, and prime vendors with active hiring needs in the Semiconductor, Embedded Hardware, Core Tech, Enterprise Software, and IT sectors.
Identify Multiple Buyers: Track down accurate contact details for different types of decision-makers depending on what we are selling:
For Technical Projects/Consulting: CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Engineering Directors, and Project Managers.
For Staffing/RPO/Talent Solutions:



Heads of Talent Acquisition, HR Directors, and Procurement/Vendor Managers.
Data Sourcing: Use LinkedIn, advanced Google search patterns, and free company databases to find and verify correct corporate email addresses and contact information.
Data Quality Management: Keep our master databases completely clean and organized. You must ensure names, company details, verified email strings, and domains are spelled correctly with zero formatting errors.
Support Sales Planning: Provide quick account intelligence summaries to help the Lead Business Development Manager plan outreach strategies.
