About the RoleWe are looking for a Factory Maintenance & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day factory maintenance, facilities, administration, transport, procurement, vendor coordination, and operational support.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, proactive, organized, and capable of independently handling multiple factory requirements while coordinating with Production, HR, Finance, Purchase, Stores, Security, and other departments.
Candidates with experience in manufacturing, apparel, garment, textile, or similar factory environments will be preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesFactory Maintenance & Facility Management• Manage day-to-day factory maintenance and facility management activities.
• Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, lighting, AC, water supply, DG/UPS,



and other facility requirements.
• Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with electricians, plumbers, technicians, contractors, and other service providers.
• Ensure the factory premises remain safe, functional, clean, and operational.

Maintenance Procurement & Vendor Management• Identify maintenance requirements and coordinate procurement of materials, tools, spare parts, equipment, and consumables.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Monitor AMC and service schedules and ensure timely servicing and maintenance.
• Maintain records of maintenance materials, assets, tools, consumables, and service activities.
• Follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.

Transport Management• Coordinate employee/factory transportation with transport vendors and drivers.
• Manage daily transport
