About the RoleWe are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Accounts professional to support day-to-day accounting operations, payment transactions, billing, and financial record maintenance. The ideal candidate should be organised, trustworthy, and comfortable handling financial information with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities• Assist with daily cash, card, UPI,



and other payment transactions.
• Prepare and process invoices, bills, receipts, and payment records.
• Maintain accurate records of daily collections, expenses, and transactions.
• Assist with reconciliation of cash and payment records.
• Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expenses.
• Coordinate with the Accounts and Administration teams regarding payments and financial records.
• Maintain records of outstanding payments and supporting documentation.
• Assist in maintaining books of accounts and routine accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures for financial transactions and reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.
• Support the Accounts/Finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative requirements.

Requirements• 1–3 years of relevant experience as an Accounts Assistant, Junior Accountant, or similar role.
