? Position: HR Business Associate – Domestic IT Staffing
? Qualification: MBA – HR / Business Administration / Management ONLY
? Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

? Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
• Support employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, and HR records
• Assist with employee engagement and day-to-day HR activities
• Handle routine employee queries and coordinate with management
• Maintain confidential HR documentation
Recruitment & HR Coordination
• Coordinate with recruiters, employees, and management
• Assist with interview scheduling and joining formalities
• Support employee lifecycle and performance review activities




• Maintain HR trackers and prepare regular reports
Business Development
• Identify potential Domestic IT Staffing clients through LinkedIn, calls, emails, and research
• Generate and maintain prospective client databases
• Understand client staffing requirements
• Support lead generation, follow-ups, client meetings, and conversion activities
Client & Internal Coordination
• Maintain professional communication with clients
• Coordinate with recruitment teams on client requirements and candidate submissions
• Follow up on interviews, feedback, requirements, and closures
• Support client relationship management initiatives

? Candidate Requirements

• MBA in HR / Business Administration / Management or related field
• Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year experience can apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and LinkedIn
