Position Purpose :
To drive new and existing programs between Brandworks India and Brandworks Taiwan to completion, working across the plant, engineering, procurement, quality and business teams. The role combines technical program management with business and partner coordination, and is accountable for ensuring commitments between the two entities are tracked, followed up and closed on time.

2. Key Responsibilities
2.1 Program Management
• Own tracking of all live programs between Brandworks India and Taiwan — timelines, milestones, owners and action items.
• Identify delays and dependencies early and escalate before committed dates are affected.
• Drive open items to closure through consistent follow-up, not status reporting alone.
• Support NPI activities: sample builds, documentation flow and readiness ahead of key reviews.

2.2 Plant & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Act as the coordination link with the Mumbai plant team for new and running projects, including on-ground support for programs led remotely.
• Convert business and partner requirements into clear,



assigned tasks for Engineering, Production, Procurement and Quality.
• Run internal and cross-functional reviews; circulate minutes with owners and target dates.

2.3 India – Taiwan Coordination
• Coordinate requests between the Brandworks Taiwan team and the relevant departments in India.
• Consolidate the drawings, specifications, documents and status updates each side requires.
• Support Taiwan team visits to India — meetings, schedules and site logistics.

2.4 Business & Partner Coordination
• Engage with India business units to understand upcoming product and project requirements, and surface opportunities where either entity can supply the other.
• Maintain the chance pipeline and coordinate internal responses for RFQs and feasibility assessments.
• Maintain open-item registers, meeting minutes and document trails for active partner engagements, including NDAs, MOUs, quotations and samples.
