We are urgently looking for an experienced Delivery Director to lead large-scale technology delivery, service management, governance and cross-functional teams.

? Key Responsibilities & Requirements
✅ 15+ years of overall IT experience with robust Technical Delivery & Service Management expertise
✅ Proven experience managing end-to-end service delivery, SLAs and quality standards
✅ Strong leadership of large cross-functional teams
✅ Experience working in Onshore–Offshore delivery models
✅ Strong exposure to Migration, Integration, Development and Support environments
✅ Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
✅ Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile & Scrum methodologies
✅ Hands-on exposure to Azure, Oracle and Salesforce environments
✅ Strong capabilities in resource planning,
project planning, delivery governance and reporting
✅ Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
✅ Previous experience in IT Consulting / Technology Services organizations
✅ Strong people leadership and team management capabilities
✅ Experience with AI platforms is required
✅ PMP / ITIL certification preferred
✅ PRINCE2 / Scrum Master certification would be an added advantage
