Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled IT Assistant to support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist employees with technical problems, and help maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure.

• Trading Server's Morning EOD,BOD process activity, Responsible for all process before Stock Market Open.
• Basic knowledge of Cyber Security, AI and ML.
• Basic knowledge of Firewall configuration.
• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.




• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, email, internet, and basic application issues.
• Monitor and maintain LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and assist with basic network troubleshooting.
• Perform regular system updates, backups, antivirus checks, and basic security maintenance.
• Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Ensure IT systems and equipment remain secure, functional, and up to date.
• Basic understanding of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to install and configure software and hardware.
• Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Basic knowledge of IT security, antivirus, and data backup practices.
