Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a B2B LinkedIn Growth Specialist. The specialist will plan and execute LinkedIn growth strategies, including profile optimization, audience building, and outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers and B2B stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling LinkedIn content, managing engagement,



running targeted connection and messaging sequences, and tracking performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with founders and internal teams to align LinkedIn activities with broader business objectives, generate qualified leads, and support sales funnel development. The specialist will continuously test growth tactics, refine messaging, and use analytics to improve campaign effectiveness and brand visibility on LinkedIn.
