Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive new business for Think Street Studios by identifying potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting relevant solutions, and converting qualified leads into paying clients.
The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, comfortable with sales conversations, and capable of understanding creative and marketing requirements well enough to sell solutions rather than simply sell services.
Key Responsibilities• Generate and qualify new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, databases, and other channels.




• Identify brands and businesses that can benefit from our content, UGC, production, and marketing services.
• Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients.
• Understand the client's business, marketing objectives, challenges, and content requirements.
• Present appropriate Think Street Studios services and packages based on client requirements.
• Prepare and present proposals and commercial quotations.
• Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.
• Negotiate commercials and close deals while maintaining healthy margins.
• Maintain an updated pipeline of leads, prospects, proposals, and closures.
• Coordinate with the creative and strategy teams for proposals and pitches.
• Maintain robust relationships with existing clients and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM/sales recor
