We are Hiring | Head – WorldSkills Centre
Symbiosis Skills & Professional University (SSPU), Pune, India’s pioneering Skills University, is establishing a WorldSkills Training Centre to promote excellence in skills, prepare young talent for national and international skills competitions and build strong industry and international partnerships.

We are looking for an accomplished and passionate Head – WorldSkills Centre to lead this initiative and build it into a leading platform for skills excellence in India.

Ideal Candidate:
1. Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Technology or a related field.
2. Experience with WorldSkills, India Skills, Sector Skill Councils, NSDC or national/international skills competitions.
3. 10+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in skills development, competition training, industry training, Centers of Excellence or technical education.
4.



Strong understanding of occupational standards, competency-based training, assessment and international skills standards.
5. Demonstrated experience in building industry partnerships, managing training/competition programs and leading multidisciplinary teams.
6. Excellent communication, networking and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build national and international collaborations.
Most importantly, a strong passion for skills excellence, youth development and creating world-class skilled talent.
