Role Description The Client Relationship Manager – Gift City role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients connected to Gift City-related services,



ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. The individual will serve as a primary point of contact, coordinate onboarding and ongoing service delivery, and liaise with internal teams to resolve queries and issues promptly. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client needs, supporting cross-selling of relevant Apex Group solutions, tracking service performance, and preparing regular reports and updates for clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves staying informed about regulatory and market developments related to Gift City to provide timely guidance to clients.

• Strong client relationship management and account management skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
