Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Intern to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development, client interaction, and market research while working with domestic and international clients in a agile startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social media.
• Sales Outreach: Connect with prospects, understand their needs, and introduce company solutions.
• Market Research: Research market trends, competitors, and potential customers.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with domestic and international clients and prospects professionally.
• Services/Solutions Knowledge: Understand company services and communicate their value to prospects.
• Sales Support: Assist with sales materials, reports, follow-ups, and other sales activities.
• Database Management: Maintain and update customer and prospect information.
• Product Knowledge: Learn about the company's digital, cloud, and technology solutions.
• Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with prospects and support client relationships.
Key Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any stream is preferred.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Email, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Positive attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Open to feedback and continuous learning.
• Comfortable communicating with domestic and international clients.
