Key Responsibilities

* End-to-end procurement and Purchase Order (PO) management
* Vendor sourcing, development, negotiation and performance management
* Procurement of *biomedical healthcare devices, medical equipment, consumables and project materials*
* Source and procure technically specialized *healthcare and biomedical products*
* Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams to ensure product specifications and quality requirements are met
* Inventory planning and warehouse coordination
* Cross-functional coordination with Projects, Engineering and Finance teams
* Ensure compliance, proper documentation and continuous process improvement
* Lead, guide and manage the Purchase team
Requirements





* Bachelor's degree; *MBA/PG in Materials Management or Supply Chain Management preferred*
* *Must have experience in procurement/purchase of biomedical healthcare devices and medical equipment*
* Experience in the *medical device, biomedical equipment, healthcare infrastructure or hospital equipment industry is mandatory*
* Good understanding of technical specifications, vendor sourcing and procurement of healthcare/biomedical products
* Strong negotiation, vendor management and commercial skills
* Working knowledge of *ERP systems such as SAP/Tally*
* Robust team management, communication and stakeholder coordination skills
