Global Journal of Pharmaceutical and Scientific Research (GJPSR) is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team.
GJPSR is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access multidisciplinary journal serving researchers, academicians, healthcare professionals, and students across Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medical Sciences, Nursing, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, and Allied Health Sciences.

Education: Any graduate; candidates from Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Management, Marketing, or related fields are preferred.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement strategies to increase GJPSR's author and researcher network.
• Identify and connect with researchers, faculty members, PhD scholars, universities, colleges, and research institutions.
• Generate and follow up on qualified publication leads through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other professional channels.




• Build and maintain long-term relationships with researchers and academic institutions.
• Communicate GJPSR's publication process, journal scope, submission guidelines, and benefits to prospective authors.
• Follow up with interested researchers and guide them toward manuscript submission.
• Maintain lead databases, follow-up records, and daily/weekly activity reports.
• Support institutional collaborations, academic outreach, webinars, campaigns, and other business-development initiatives.
• Achieve monthly outreach, lead-generation, and submission-related targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify current opportunities for expanding GJPSR's reach.
