Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hosur. The individual in this role will identify new business opportunities, engage with prospective and existing clients, and promote Promech’s sheet metal enclosure solutions in LV and MV switchgear markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research,



developing and executing sales and marketing plans, preparing proposals and presentations, and managing the sales pipeline. The role also involves coordinating with the engineering and production teams to align client requirements with manufacturing capabilities, maintaining accurate sales records, and participating in trade events or customer visits as needed. The executive is expected to build robust customer relationships and contribute to revenue growth and brand visibility.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing, with the ability to design and implement effective campaigns and strategies.
• Experience in Market Research, including analyzing industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and internal teams.
