Role Description:
The Junior Advisor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the Junior Advisor supports prospective and current learners by guiding them through program options, admissions processes, and career pathways. Daily responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting needs assessments, and recommending suitable programs aligned with learners’ skilled goals. The Junior Advisor maintains accurate records, follows up with applicants,



and collaborates with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and learning experience. This position also involves contributing to process improvements, sharing learner feedback, and upholding a high standard of professional and ethical conduct.

Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and build trust with learners.
• Customer service or counseling aptitude, including active listening, empathy, and a learner-centric approach to problem solving.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple inquiries, maintain accurate documentation, and meet deadlines.
• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or student management systems, and comfort working with digital platforms.
