Our AI agents work across websites, stores, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other customer channels. They understand what customers need, answer questions, and take the next step - from recommending products and capturing leads to tracking orders, handling support questions, and helping customers complete a purchase.

We are growing quickly and are looking for an Account Executive who wants to be part of building the sales engine from the ground up.

What you’ll do
• Own the sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal.
• Follow up with inbound leads and actively generate your own opportunities.
• Prospect businesses through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
• Understand a prospect’s business, website, customer journey, and pain points.




• Conduct product demos and show prospects how StepsAI can solve specific problems.
• Translate customer problems into clear StepsAI use cases and ROI.
• Handle objections around pricing, implementation, AI accuracy, integrations, and competition.
• Run trials and pilots and convert them into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in our CRM.
• Work closely with the founders and product team to share customer feedback.
• Help improve our sales messaging, demo flow, qualification process, and outbound playbooks.
• Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities for expansion and upselling.
• Eventually take ownership of a segment, territory, or sales motion as the team grows.

What we’re looking for
• 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or consultative sales.
• Strong communication skills - especially the ability to explain technology in simple business language.
