Designation: Associate Manager/ Manager- Digital/Social Media Strategist

Role & responsibilities:

Social Media & Content
• Own and manage the social media content calendar across platforms.
• Develop monthly content plans aligned with brand priorities, campaigns, launches and cultural moments.
• Drive a content-first approach across organic social, digital campaigns and brand platforms.
• Lead the development of engaging, on-brand content via freelancers/agencies/designers.

Creative & Copy
• Develop creative briefs and manage the end-to-end creative development process for products.
• Write and/or develop product communication or campaign communication that can be adapted for e-com, social copies, captions, headlines, taglines and campaign messaging.
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, visual identity and communication across all touchpoints.
• Bring fresh content formats, trends and ideas to keep the brand culturally relevant.

Product Communication




• Own communication for products across the mass to premium portfolio, adapting messaging based on the target consumer and positioning.
• Develop product USPs, feature communication, launch messaging, website/PDP product led copies, retail communication and other product-related content.
• Translate product features into easy, compelling consumer benefits.

Brand Communication
• Help shape and execute the overarching brand communication and content strategy.
• Ensure consistency of the brand narrative across social, digital, retail, e-commerce and other consumer touchpoints.
• Support campaign development from brief to execution, ensuring communication ladders back to the larger brand thought.

Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with category, product, design, e-commerce, sales, media, PR and agency partners.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timelines and quality of output.
