We are looking for a Data Analyst who can help us turn data into meaningful insights and support better product and business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyse product, user, and business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Track key metrics such as DAU, MAU, retention, activation, conversion, churn, ARPU, LTV, and CAC.
• Create and maintain dashboards and regular performance reports.
• Analyse user funnels and identify drop-offs across the customer journey.
• Perform cohort and retention analysis to understand user behaviour.
• Analyse app engagement, user journeys, and feature performance.
• Work with Product and Marketing teams to measure campaign and product performance.




• Support A/B testing and analyse experiment results.
• Identify actionable insights to improve user engagement, retention, and monetisation.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data and reports.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with data analytics and dashboarding tools such as Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of product and user analytics.
• Solid knowledge of metrics such as retention, conversion, churn, ARPU, LTV, CAC, and engagement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate data into clear and actionable business insights.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail
