About the RoleAre you passionate about transforming engineering students into confident, articulate, and corporate-ready professionals?
We are looking for an energetic and agile Soft Skill & Professional Skill Trainer to train our undergraduate engineering students (B.Tech). In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical expertise and corporate expectations—preparing students to crack campus placements, excel in HR interviews, and build thriving careers.

Key Responsibilities• Core Deliveries: Conduct interactive training sessions on Business Communication, Public Speaking, Body Language, Time Management, and Professional Etiquette.
• Placement Readiness: Facilitate rigorous Group Discussion (GD) practices and conduct simulated Mock HR & Behavioral Interviews with structured, actionable feedback.
• Professional Writing: Guide students in drafting high-impact Resumes, CVs, Cover Letters, and optimizing their LinkedIn profiles.
• Curriculum Design:



Build and adapt engaging, activity-based training modules tailored across 1st-year (Foundation) to 4th-year (Placement Conversion) students.
• Mentorship & Tracking: Identify communication gaps through assessments and provide dedicated one-on-one counseling for introverted or low-confidence students.

What We’re Looking For• Experience: 1–6 years of experience in corporate training, campus placement training, or soft skill facilitation (higher education/engineering context preferred).
• Education: Master’s in English Literature, Mass Communication, MBA (HR/Marketing), Organizational Psychology, or B.Tech with relevant corporate/training experience.
• Skills: Exceptional English command (verbal & written), dynamic group facilitation, high emotional intelligence (EQ), and deep knowledge of current IT/engineering hiring trends.
